Jane was friendly, professional and excellent with our little one, who went in looking like a scruff but came out transformed and looking like he'd had a great time. Beverley Kitton - After struggling to find a groomer who actually called me back after leaving messages, Jane was so courteous & got back to me that same morning & having met her & seeing Bailey I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Brackens Groom Vroom - fab!! She was good with Bailey, her 1st ever grooming session, she looks & smells lovely, even though poor Jane had to contend with a power cut in the village...! Would definitely recommend & use Brackens Groom Vroom again, Bailey got on famously & having a mobile groomer is great for a travel sick dog, so winner all round! Thanks Jane 😉 x

Louise Clark - Fergus (5) and Jackson (1) both labs, had there first visit from Jane today, they had a bath and de shedding treatment!! Highly recommend, she was great with the dogs, and now they are smelling and looking fantastic, will definitely be having Jane back

Our older Spaniel Jess is usually really nervous but Jane put her at her ease and she seemed to be totally relaxed and happy. We've already booked for 12 weeks time, lovely lady, great service we'd recommend her to anyone who asks.
